Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LeadPilot HQ, Operated by LeadPilot HQ in Texas, United States. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity under your account.
2. Service and AI limitations
LeadPilot HQ provides AI-assisted customer conversations, lead capture, lead organization, follow-up management, and related tools. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review and configure the service appropriately and may not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety-critical decisions.
3. Your content and customer data
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to collect and use customer information through LeadPilot HQ.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity; unlawful spam; malware; unauthorized data collection; impersonation; security bypasses; or attempts to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
5. Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown during checkout. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You may cancel through the billing settings or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to address nonpayment, suspected abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.
7. Third-party services
LeadPilot HQ relies on third-party providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply, and we are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadPilot HQ and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Texas will have jurisdiction where applicable law permits.
