Choose the right plan for your business

Eligible new business accounts choose Starter or Pro and select monthly or annual billing. The trial lasts 30 days and no credit card is required to start. To continue after the trial, add a payment method before the trial ends. If no payment method is added, the trial ends automatically. Each business account can use the trial once.

Annual plans are charged once per year. Starter is $190 per year and Pro is $490 per year, which is equivalent to receiving two months free compared with paying monthly for 12 months.

Yes. The billing charge is annual, but the AI-response allowance remains monthly. Starter receives 500 responses each month and Pro receives 2,000 responses each month.

No. You can start the 30-day trial without a credit card. If you decide to continue after the trial, add a payment method through Stripe Billing before the trial ends. LeadPilot HQ does not store your card details.

One response is one completed reply generated by your AI assistant and sent to a website visitor. A visitor sending a message does not by itself use an AI response.

New AI replies pause after the plan limit is reached. Your account data remains available, and you can wait for the monthly allowance to reset or move to a higher plan.

Yes. Active subscribers can open the Stripe billing portal to manage their plan. Stripe displays the price, billing interval, and effective timing before the change is confirmed.

Yes. You can manage cancellation through the Stripe billing portal. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, access continues until that period ends.

No. Stripe securely collects and manages payment information. LeadPilot HQ does not store your card details.
